Merge request integration for RTD does not quite work #105

RTD is building the docs on our merge requests, but it is not reporting this information back to the merge request. This means that before merging, one has to manually check that RTD is not failing.

This is apparently due to a bug in the RTD GitLab integration. A fix has been implementing and is pending: https://github.com/readthedocs/readthedocs.org/pull/8525. We should make sure this resolves our issue once that fix is deployed.
