"The project citation should be to the aiapy paper and the software citation should be the specific Zenodo DOI for the version used within your work."

For citing the Zenodo release, the latest version is 0.6.0, while aiapy is currently at 0.7.3

Thanks for bringing this up. The main reason the Zenodo records lag the actual releases is because, unlike GitHub, there is no integration between Zenodo and GitLab, meaning the releases have to be uploaded by hand. I was staying on top of this for a while, but then got lazy.

I would suggest that when we update these, we start from the most recent.

This issue thread could be useful (in the absence of an official GitLab integration): https://github.com/zenodo/zenodo/issues/1404

I have set this up again, will need to wait for a release to check.

This is now fixed and the readme should point to the latest release on zenodo.
