Use sunpy sphinx theme for docs - [merged] #207

Merges use-sunpy-theme -> master

Fixes #31

This essentially integrates our docs into the sunpy.org page and makes the docs consistent with other SunPy-affiliated packages. This PR to the theme adds the aiapy docs to the dropdown menu. This merge request should be merged at approximately the same time as that PR.

We should do a release soon so that our stable docs have the new theme.
