Now that aiapy is on Zenodo, we need to add some information in the docs (and the README) about how to cite aiapy. We should also include a CITATION.RST, similar to the one that sunpy uses. Also like sunpy, aiapy.__citation__ should return the BibTeX info for the citation.

Great! We will probably have to update this once !79 is resolved and the JOSS paper is published, but I see no issue with just proceeding with the Zenodo information for now as people may want to cite aiapy in the interim.
