inventory task type + owner-base64 error

Description of Bug

Hi, I set owner-base64 for PLAYER_HEAD in quest to display it in gui and get this error. This error is when task type is inventory and need quest-item which is mmoitems. It occur when it's not set in file. (this quest item).

Steps to Reproduce

Environment

• Minecraft version: 1.17.1
• Server software: git-Paper-408 (MC: 1.17.1) (Implementing API version 1.17.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
• Quests version: 3.9.2

Agreements

• [X] I am certain this issue is unique and a similar issue is not currently open

It's an error from a misconfigured inventory type task (and you haven't posted the quest file or told how to reproduce it). Also there was a skull getters rework so I close it
