Added more descriptions to db-modularforms2.md #41

I have now added descriptions for the collections used by the web objects as well. I think all used collections are now documented.

@fredstro This is wonderful, thank you, but it looks like you might have missed vector_on_basis (see http://beta.lmfdb.org/api/modularforms2/vector_on_basis.files/ and http://beta.lmfdb.org/api/modularforms2/vector_on_basis.chunks/). Or are these not used?

all collections are now documented and I removed the ones which are not used so the remaining collections should be kept for now
