Motives #494

Motives on the LHS is not currently a link. It needs to become a link and then the page should tell what the casual browser could expect to find on that page. There should be a historical introduction to motives in as gentle a way as possible.

The motives sidebar entry on beta now links to the knowl motives.about (which like the other top level knowls currently just has navigation links). There is still no top level knowl for motives that defines a motive, or even a knowl defining a hypergeometric motive (which are currently the only sub-topic for motives), although there is the knowl http://beta.lmfdb.org/knowledge/show/hgm.familes.

These issues should both be addressed at the hypergeometric motives AIM workshop in August 2019.

There is now a knowl for Hypergeometric motive (https://beta.lmfdb.org/knowledge/show/hgm.motive), though it doesn't give a rigorous definition.
