Addresses #6242, changing the "Database" sidebar link to a new page.

I've also added a new documentation page for the query language used in the LMFDB, which should hopefully make lmfdb-lite more usable as a method for accessing the database.

There are a few very minor grammar/style issues in the text, perhaps it would be better to put each of these paragraphs into a knowl so that we can edit them more easily?

Done. I've merged this branch with my branch from #5041, and both are now visible on purple.lmfdb.xyz (as the bottom two links on the sidebar). This PR can still be merged separately from #5041 though.
