lifts of classical modular forms #960

From /roadmap: Add links to the lifts (e.g., Saito-Kurokawa) of classical MFs.

This is part of the plan. @AurelPage can you take a look at [https://pink.lmfdb.xyz]? It still contains very little information, and has many errors, but check if this issue seems to be addressed appropriately. For example, the SK lift has a link to the modular form as a related object.

@assaferan Shouldn't the CMF link to its SK lifts when it is in the database? Is it going to have too many lifts because of the character?

I think this is a good idea, and that there shouldn't be too many lifts in the database.
