Investigate what the "requires_pictures" key does in the .toml file, update documentation if nessesary #117

Investigate what the requires_pictures key does in the .toml file. If it is no longer used remove it from the file. If it is used update the mod developer documentation accordingly.

Documentation has been improved, will be on master with the next release
