Make printable versions of the 'cards'

In order to help retain what I learn on LMHT, As a new developer, I want to be able to easily print off the definitions to study.

Acceptance Criteria:

Each card is able to printed off individually
All cards can be printed at once
The card is made into a printable format, with only the necessary information printed
The option to print is made visible (such as an icon)
It's easy to print from any computer or browser

Given a new developer, When I want to study HTML elements anywhere I go, I want to be able to easily print of selected cards or print every card available.

Note: An idea for the design of the card is to make it look like a flash card or index card.

This is a cool idea but, until we get a request or show interest we should hold off.
