Config Travis to run only on push #182

In order to save from redundancy As a LMHT developer I want to configure TravisCI to only run on push.

Acceptance Criteria:

As a LMHT developer When I push my branch to master I want TravisCI to check my code for errors only once, Not a second time when I submit the PR.
