Clean up code from last merge to LMHT master #187

In order to produce cleaner and better, more uniformed code, As an LMHT contributor, I want to do the necessary, requested corrections to the existing code.

Pull up the notes from the last merge to the master LMHT site and do the requested corrections to each of the files as requested by team members. https://github.com/LMHT/LMHT.github.io/pull/186

Given any LMHT contributor, II want to do any corrections as requested by team members from the merge to master so that the code is clean and accurate.
