In order to provide a cleaner, smoother header
As an LMHT user,
I want the header to flow smoothly as the screen size is reduced, even down to mobil view.
Acceptance Criteria:
Remove the contribute ribbon once the screen size drops down below 1140 (once the search bar starts running over the logo).
Center LMHT/HTML logo over the search bar
Verify it is ok for mobil view (don't lose the down arrow button on the search bar)
Given any LMHT user,
I want the header to flow smoothly as it transitions down in size.
