Add Chebyshev, Inverse Chebyshev, and Elliptical Filters to Equalizer #4582

I think this would be a fun addition to the current 1.2 Equalizer.
image The current filter used is Butterworth. If we were to add the other ones as options, that would allow for some interesting uses, not to mention some absurdly steep filter slopes! I've already spent... a lot of hours researching trying to figure out how to add this, but I haven't had much luck. This would be much better than having to use 2-4 filter handles to get steep cutoffs.
