Allow dragging samples as sample tracks into the song editor as an alternative option #5333

Since we have some support for playing around sample tracks (for example:- shortening the sample track from both sides, extra snap in the song editor, etc), people would like to drag samples as sample tracks especially those who are coming from FL Studio (also, LMMS is considered as a free FL Studio alternative).

I think it can be implemented like dragging the sample while holding down ctrl or something like that.

I would like to know your thoughts on this one.

I believe master branch supports dragging samples onto existing sample tracks to create new sample clips. Does this suffice?
