Lmms Vestige cannot open Carla's GUI when loading Carla as VST2. #5542

Bug Summary: Carla's 2.1.1 GUI cannot be opened after loading it as VST2 both on Windows and Linux Wine.

Steps to reproduce: Download lastest Carla 2.1.1 from KX Studio site, load it as VST2 plugin by selecting CarlaVstShell.ddl from carla.vst folder. Plugin loads but Carla's GUI cannot be opened by "Show/hide GUI" button. If i run Carla standalone in Windows or in Wine I'm able to open Carla in Carla as VST2 (able to open CarlaVstShell.ddl plugin).

Software versions that i tested: LMMS 1.2.1, Carla 2.1.1 32 and 64-bit on Windows 10 and Wine 5.10 staging.

The Carla VST appears to be a "shell" plugin, which exposes a number of sub-plugins for the host to choose from. LMMS doesn't currently support this type of VST.
