Add support for building on Solaris.

Changes made to buildme.sh:

• Added option for specifying perlbin on the command line
• Added libmediascan patch for Solaris
• Added patch for compiling DBD::SQLite with gcc-5.1.0 (->XPG6)
• Added IO::Socket::SSL, its dependencies and make everything compile only on SunOS

I changed some things:

• IO::Socket::SSL on Solaris is not build by default. The routines for it are left inside for explicit usage if needed (like the mysql stuff).
• Added option for choosing if the modules should be rsynced into lms-CPAN dir.

I hope these changes make the script be worth for being merged.

Open question:

• Shall I change the DBD-SQLite source or is the patch okay?
• Shall I make the IO::Socket::SSL patching SunOS-only?

IO::Socket::SSL: I think it's ok to leave in, as long as it isn't part of the default build set.

@chincheta0815 Can you check what happened with your IO socket SunOS patch? The command you added in the build script fails due to a missing file.

@fsbruva Seems to be missing... I will see where I find it and add it again. The function is not really essential as it simply avoid a user prompt. But it makes things work more fluently...
