Linux - Check for required header files as well as libs #47

Add a check for zlib's header files as well as the library file.

These are not routinely present on, for example, a Debian system, and the build will fail without them.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive search, just a look inside /usr/include. It should cover most cases.

The new, excellent, README covers the point, but I fell over it before that was available. 😄
This check would have saved a few moments of puzzlement.

Perhaps the Linux & FreeBSD checks could be appropriately merged together as they are mostly repetitious. But there may be advantage in keeping matters as they stand.
