Enable missing mp3 decoder in sox macos build script #61

and allow sox and flac builds to run on OSX 10.6 64bit and newer.

Unfortunately we can't easily enable the sox mp3 encoder in the transcoding tables as this feature isn't supported on all platforms yet. I'll have to look into how we could enable this anyway.

Please don't spend any time looking into sox mp3 encoder transcoding for lms. I only enabled the mp3 libmad DECODER in the sox macos builds as the original osx build script had it commented out. None of the other sox builds have then lame encoder included.
