Playout stucks when a new Update or any Plugin is ready to install #1106

My LMS stopp working (Playout), when there is any Plugin Update or Server Update is available. Mostly the time after the Player Playlist is finished and i want to start a new Song, Stream or anything else.

I'm not sure I understand: both actions would actually require a server restart. So that obviously would interrupt playback.

Maybe you want to share a little more about your setup? What are you running LMS on? Did you ever check your server.log file for hints about what was going on?

Hi, i use a max2play Basic Image with a Raspberry PI 4 8GB. Using LMS for about 5 Years. Always uptodate. Players are some Raspberry Pis with HQAudio und three Logitech Boom Boxes. Remote stearing over SqueezeCRTL on Android 14 OxygenOS or Windows 11 or HTML frontend. But the failure is the same, doesnt matter wich Control i choose.

I can catch the log nexttime when the Server stops while i Playout a new Track, waitig for the next Updates to make it happen.

Maybe the restart get prompted or something, the most Problem is the time i always spent in checking the devices till i see thats an update availible.
