Refactor lnurl implementation #368

Description

This PR refactors the lnurl implementation.

It renames and moves some stuff.
It updates all reference links, as the old lnurl rfc was replaced with the new luds rfc
It makes changes to comply to some new details in lud-1, lud-2 and lud-6

Motivation and Context

Keeping up with the lnurl development, preparation for additional lnurl implementations.
