LNURL Withdrawal + FAST WITHDRAW #338

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My iOS and Android game, Bitcoin Bounce, uses LNURL Withdrawal to reward players bitcoin prizes via the lightning network. We are sending around 400 payments each day right now.

Describe the solution you'd like We would like ZAP to support LNURL withdrawal on iOS and Android so that users can cash out from Bitcoin Bounce. We don't support QR codes or 'copy paste' invoices, because LNURL is better UX.

Additional context Breez, Wallet of Satoshi, Pheonix, BLW, Zeus and Blue Wallet support LNURL on mobile. LNURL convenient for app to wallet withdrawal on mobile. Users of out games has reached out to us for ZAP to support this as well.

Fast Withdrawal is an optional optimisation for LNURL withdrawal. Another extra feature to improve UX for use cases that require mobile APP to APP transfers.

I would also politely like to request this feature. Most wallets are supporting lnurl-withdraw today, as it is much better ux for withdrawing than copy-pasting invoices.
