Hi i just get started and bought bitcoin from safello.com and send to my Wallet that i open in the app Zap its ZapiOS and i dont see a thing there does anyone know where the money went? In the app it also stands conecting to blockchain 0% all the time btw i am from sweden so reply if you can in swedish thank you

Now i see send and recieve but goes away quicly too the picture i put out before 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not sure why the iOS app is not syncing w/blockchain. Just downloaded this morning and discovered the same issue. You can try the desktop app in the meantime to access any money that you deposited into Zap. You will obviously need to input the seed phrase that was created during the initial setup.

What if i have make a new phrase every time i have open it up do i have like 50 accounts now? 😂😂😂

Glad that it is working now! I posted our problem over on the Slack channel. One of the devs jiggled some wires on the backend that got things moving again.

It is very important to have the original seed phrase backed up. You will only ever have to reenter it when recovering the wallet on a different device or or when reinstalling the software.

I suppose the important question is this: Did you regain access to your money?

I did Thank you :) So now Next question when i wanna take Money out to my bank Do i use a exchange app and send it over there in future or How does it Work? // Sexgudinnan

Also i opened a Channel but it Forced closed by itself? Why?
