Where’s my bitcoin #357

I copied and paste the address from Cash App and sent my Bitcoin to my cash app account but it never made it to my account. My Bitcoin is missing. Please help.

Yes I sent my bit coin to cash app and it never showed up.

Do you have a transaction ID? And if yes, have you tried to find the transaction in a block explorer like blockstream.info?

Are the funds gone from Zap wallet? And if yes, you should be able to see the transaction ID in Zap - go to the transactions history screen by clicking the clock icon in the top right corner.

I am having the same issue. I sent a transaction to another wallet on-chain and I received a transaction hash in the history. When I go look for that transaction online, it is not found. The funds are not displayed in Zap nor online. They are now in limbo and I have no way to access them.

Hi guys, I have the same issue here. Have sent btc from zap iOs app to coinbase btc address: 38iHf7urS5zaCsgSq2XDN3bfvYJvD4yC7D

Btc newer arrived on coinbase.

Transactin ID: 880946c420059698e355d9af73e2c1517f787d49862438e45bed0486dcf00731

blockexplorer shows nothing.
