fix some channel data inconsistencies #32

This PR contains fixes to the first four bugs in #31, which consist of differences in the view of two peers over a channel they have in common.

Additionally I substituted 'btc' with 'msat' in a log where it seemed more appropriate since that amount was in an indivisible unit, please check if that's right.
