Describe your suggested feature

Make a notification option(android) specific for "download completed". Separate it from the download-progress notification.

Why

I do not like that notification, but it is linked to the download progress bar notification, so if I disable one, both are disabled.

Other details

Also, both are linked to Miscellaneous, which is linked to other notifications i want to see.

Overall, the app needs more notification settings avaiable.
