Register oep metadata on databus #11

@giannou I uploaded Christians first version of a script for registering the oep metadata on the databus here. It works on linux.

The connection to the databus currently fails though.

Thanks a lot, very useful. At some point we will have to do some cleanup of the databus-snippets repository.

Sure, also for me participating in the next meeting of the publication group would be great to discuss further steps in developing the script. Is there an upcoming meeting scheduled already?
