Store source for each data document.

The data document source is defined recursively as the source of the data document's parent + a character that is not allowed in URIs, e.g. $ + the child's entry path in parent.

The source is a property of a data document. It is either the URL from which the data document was downloaded, or the URL from which the archive was downloaded + the path of the data document inside the archive.
