Fix large cpu use of dataset metric generator #45

Might be related to #46 (now fixed). Re-enabled the crontab, and see how it goes

Everything seems to go fine: metric generator runs every night, does not contain duplicate data descriptions, and does not create orphan processes which consume a lot of CPU. Considering this fixed

No, not fine. Some serious problems still, with -all- cores taken by this cronjob..
