Create HDT for nquads as well #53

HDT does not handle quads. Support is under way, but for now just remove named graph, and generate hdt on the resulting triples

Done. Sed command removes graph, creates tmp ntriple file, and creates hdt from that. tmp file is removed afterwards

all implemented in bash script of #52
