Fix basket table and filter #76

The basket filter does not correspond with the table info. Filtering by 'unpacked' might result in datasets with status 'pending'

This mismatch was only fixable by increasing the complexity of the SPARQL query (which made virtuoso complain). fixed by dumbing down table a bit, by reducing the number of dataset statuses to filter on.
