Empty directories for unarchived files with internal path structure are not cleaned #82

Currently empty directories for unarchived files with internal path structure are not cleaned. Removing these empty directories at the end of the LOD Washing Machine's unpacking stage would free up a little bit of disk space and it would tidy up the file system.
