Opening this issue for discussion about upstream support for the Corne-ish Zen, as per here.

It's always been the plan to upstream the Zen stuff, but unfortunately there were core ZMK items that had to be dealt with first.

Specifically:

I will not have a chance to deep dive into this stuff until after R2 is shipped in a couple of weeks.

v2 PCB support was just added for R3 GB Zens and here is a PR for adding v1 support for R1/R2 Zens as well, I would appreciate any testing: https://github.com/zmkfirmware/zmk/pull/1593

Hi, I haven't changed my firmware since I set it up first. With that pr, does upstream work normally with the R1s Zens @caksoylar ?

You don't need a PR as it was merged sometime ago so yes, you can use v1s through upstream zmk. The board names are corneish_zen_v1_left and corneish_zen_v1_right.
