Implement list command #27

I would like some feedback on what that output should look like.

It looks like this currently: image

What foreman looks like: image

I thought listing the versions horizontally would help readability because it reduces vertical space. The versions are sorted in descending order. Should I also sort the tools alphabetically? Right now the sort isn't stable.

Just pushed up a small change to sort the tools alphabetically, then this LGTM!
