I've fixed the issue with SpotifyAPI not working at all after the update. I've completely switched things over to use a new API that is more up to date and actively maintaned.

I've also added in track skip and play/pause functionality for buttons 2-4 on the monochrome devices such as the G13.

I've tested it and everything seems ok. I'll merge and then do a few tweaks for a new 1.3 release.
