当一个 CENTER 元素设置了 ‘margin:auto’ 
时，各浏览器中该元素都会居中对齐。

测试用例：

当一个 CENTER 元素的父元素设置了 
‘padding’，并且该父元素的 content box 尺寸与 CENTER 
尺寸相同时，各浏览器中该元素的位置一样。

经检测，第一轮测试标注的问题已经修复。

特殊说明：多次迭代测试后结果集URL依然不足20个。
最终准确率为 100% (12/12)

说明此种情况出现明显表现差异的，在实际中并不多见。

新检测方法中没有过滤width是auto或100%时的情况。
