[enhancement] Support colour codes in books. #1

I guess the heading explain the enhancement pretty clearly.

It's just that I saw some other plugin support colours in the book, which could be a great addition to your plugin :-)

I'll keep this in mind, but you can still add colour codes to books if you prefix it with §
