Remove the link to @PFCKrutonium's launcher as it just redirects back to this one. No reason to give reasoning for using this now, just say what it supports.

Thanks for making this PR. I've been meaning to get around to updating it, but the readme was just low on my priority list. This is something I should have done a long time ago, though. Thanks.
