Set correct tab order for configuration window. #3

this PR sets the tab order of the widgets, instead of using the order in which they were created.

I'm going to hold of on merging this, because I'm going to drastically cut back on the functionality of the configuration window to make it easier to maintain. I will keep this in mind when I'm working on it.

I've basically re-implemented this for the cleaned-up configuration window. Thanks for providing the PR, but the exact implementation was outdated by the configuration changes. Thank you for helping out with this though.
