Currently selected Options tab unreadable in macOS 11 #55

Running macOS Big Sur 11.0.1, the currently selected tab in the Options menu shows as white text on white background. From memory, I believe the selected tab was blue in previous versions.

I understand Big Sur has changed the colouring of these interface elements from white on blue (or user-selected highlight colour) to black on white, which may be causing it? Example:

Interesting. My mac is still on 10.14 (because reasons), but I should have access to a Big Sur machine in the near future to mess with. My guess is that this is just a matter of updating the Qt version that the builds are using, as the """current""" release is on a really old version now. I've been meaning to finish building and testing a new release, so I can see if that will fix this issue.
