Update zh-TW translations #8

I'm a little confused by your description. By "will refine later", do you want me to hold off on merging this, or go ahead and merge it as-is?

This looks good to me. The only comments I have are the same ones I've been telling everyone (and will put in a readme soon). Be careful of whitespace (as in keep the space at the end of strings, such as the one on line 178), and leave any strings that aren't changed empty (the system handles empty translations correctly, and it saves space).

the "will refine later" is just a comment for me (or other translators in the future). The translation is understandable by now but I think there are rooms for improvement so I added that comment. And I used the tool that you provide in Gitter to edit the file, so I am not sure about the space thing...

Eh, I can fix those issues myself. I'll go ahead and merge this as-is. Thank you so much for the contribution.
