valid Python-style identifier #18

There are mentions of "valid Python-style identifiers" in the documentation (e.g. in metadata.md and submission.md). I personally have no idea what this means. If there are official specs regarding those, then we should provide a link to them.

Agreed, this is a bad way to describe it. I have just provide explict definitions of identifiers.
