Empty Layout columns hard to select #150

I was unable to click into the newly added column space when going from a 3 to 4 column layout. I could shift existing content from other columns into the spaces, but whatever space was left blank I could not "select" to get into to add anything.

You can drag and drop stuff into it but then you'd have to place things in another column and move them over (which I agree isn't ideal).
