Error: Couldn't initialize audio client [0x88890008] #22

Any help or idea on how to fix this my audio driver is realtek.

Worth mentioning I have an amd gpu and the audio comes in using the amd encoder but then I have no image.

Thank you but do you know why the amd encoder shows no video on the device being streamed to. All I get is a black screen saying connection issue with the amd encoder but the cpu encoder works fine, I have a 5700xt as my gpu.
