Info: Could not change display topology #8

Hello!

Apparently, I can't host a game due to this issue, I get this warning msg saying ''Could not change display topology''

it shows up after the client connects, resulting in a black or white screen on the client side with the audio working fine.

I tried to use software encoding just to emulate sunshine behavior which is working flawlessly, but the problem remains.

Hello @Uka-Uka. Sorry for the late response.

Do stills happen?
Can you test if this happens to you using another host machine?
Are you using a multiple monitors setup?

I do know which piece of code could cause this problem, but it is the first time that someone reports it. I haven't seen it during testing using multiple machines.

Hey! Never mind, @m4rkoup, I'm just really glad to know you're still around guys, I thought that you've given up on this project.

Unfortunately, the problem still there.
I'm aware that open-stream is working fine for most people, and the problem mostly does lie in my PC, I just can't figure it out.
I'm using a single-monitor setup.

I'll try to resurrect my old laptop and hook it up to my internet connection to see exactly where the problem is originated from, and I'll report back to you.

Any solution to this? It's plagueing my as well and I cannot use the application.
