There are multiple schemas today in the ecosystems that makes it very difficult to implement a standard schema for the A2J portal for integation. Built sample adapter pattern for integration with RTM. This will enable developers to follow the sample code to implement additional integration points. The adaptor should be able to convert the data stream from source schema to A2J internal schema via APIs
