To perform Bing search only within whitelisted pages (list of is shown in Bing Custom Search instance of customsearch.ai).

Acceptance criteria: only whitelisted pages are returned by Bing search.

We should reconsider if we need to have youtube there as majority of videos are not related to site content.

@KellyeDC @grawdon - Are we testing this one or trying to answer the question about YouTube videos. Need more information before I can do anything.
