Location Error on Stage #960

When location box loads, and user enters a new location i.e. Alaska or Hawaii, the location does not update. this has occurred several times but, inconsistently. @grawdon has captured details if needed.

@Olgaivchenko Is this completed? Since it was not reproduced for a resolution, let's move to the latest sprint.
