Tuning (fix) of the tool for uploading states data and upload new data

  1. Define a list of required fields in order to define topics (for example Tag_id, GUI, Topic Name, State)
  2. Other fields should be marked as additional (optional) fields
  3. Fix the loader tool take into account point 1-2 above
  4. Make the data reconcilation: Input data provided by states vs Output data uploaded to Cosmos DB
  5. Make the back-up of DataBase
  6. Apply new loader tool to SIT, Staging and Prod environment
  7. Truncate (remove) data on DataBase
  8. Upload new data to SIT, Staging and Prod DataBases
